Welcome Colton Leon Cotner

Will and Diana are the proud parents of a beautiful baby boy. Colton Leon Cotner arrived at 5:36 pm Saturday October 18, 2008 and weighing in at 8 lbs, 21 inches. Mom, dad and baby are doing fine. I think Will is going to have a fun time being a dad. He sure is proud of his little boy. Diana did great, her doctor said she has bragging rights because for a first baby she only pushed for 10-15 minutes. Congratulations to them.

Baby Update

Well, Diana is still awaiting the birth of her baby. We are anxiously awaiting with her. Seems if she doesn't have the baby by Saturday, they will induce. We are hoping that the little guy arrives soon and is healthy.

Jacob is doing good. He has gained a couple of ounces and after a second round of heart drugs to close the duct in his heart, which was unsuccessful, they will be doing surgery on Friday. This is very scary to Sarah and all of us, but putting it off will not make him any better. Please continue to keep them in your prayers.

A New Grandson

Last Tuesday we had an unexpected surprise. Sarah, who was expecting a baby in January, gave birth to a tiny 1 lb, 8 oz baby boy. They named him Jacob Nethaniel Skollingsberg. For being so early and small he is doing very well. This grandma is very grateful for the technology that will help to keep him healthy and growing for the next 3 months. We are anxiously awaiting another grandson. Diana and Will are close to their due date and we hope that all goes well with them. We'll keep you posted on all the news to come.
